    11ms left, 45ms right if I remember... .

    The user position on the right is delayed on the player left screen. The disparity is more important. The higher your ping, the higher you'll likely be delayed on the other player screen.

    It's easier to defend at lower ping vs lower ping. If you get around 30+ms it's easier to simply go on the offensive since your position is delayed on the other player screen whatever their pings.

    so if youre delayed on enemy player screen then you can take him down before you appears at his screen

    Well it's easier to play with a higher ping since you always have a high delay on the other player screen. You don't have to worry to much when moving around. Peek & fire with high chance of killing before the player even have the chance to react. You only have to avoid being seen first & if you get seen... hide behind something. You only have to make sure that you are first to come out to fire. If you wait for your opponent... 95% of chance you're screwed.

    When you're ping is low & you meet a low ping... You can't rush & raid because the peek advantage isn't as large. Obviously games are mixed with low & high ping... In most situation you can't rush nor defend & you're screwed. Cross your finger for luck.
